I'm going to add Peanut butter back into the mix to give me some variety for breakfast. I always
forget that 1TBS is only 2 points. The normal serving size is 2TBS for 5 points. I put 1TBS on my
english muffin this morning and it was just the right amount. 2 TBS would have been too much peanut
butter and way too many points for the meal.
I found some olive oil in the cabinet and will ask DH to start using it every once in a while. Maybe
I'll get some full fat dressing for dipping my veggies at lunch. That ought to help too. I guess I
could also use real margarine (I can't believe it's not butter) on my veggies. I have avoided all
fat products and maybe that's what causing the problem.
As for the number of points, that's one that I have never quite figured out. I'm inclined to just
use the flex points when we eat out if need be. That way I don't have to be overly concerned if I
under estimate the points for that meal. Trying to figure out the points when I go to the Chinese
buffet each tuesday night has been difficult. I am being more careful about what I pick and limiting
the amount of food I consume but I know that I go over in points those nights. I've also tried other
combinations-no AP-most flexpoints, no AP-some flexpoints ,AP-some flexpoints, and AP- most
flexpoints without much difference in the results. I have never figured out what the right
combination is for my body which is why I have been very frustrated lately.

What was

I do wonder though, if maybe you aren't eating enough ... and that could
slow your
Quoted message said:weightloss down. Not eating your flexpoints OR activity points might be
cutting
Quoted message said:back too much. Maybe try not using the flex, but at least eating your
activity
Quoted message said:points?
But even a bit more than half a pound is a great loss, so keep hanging in
there!

I'm very disappointed that my loss this week was so small. I was
extremely
Quoted message said:Quoted message said:careful about what I ate this week. Only used a handful of flexpoints and did not eat any

I showed this weeks journal to my leader this morning. She said they were perfect but to vary my

About the Low Carb yogart--It is by Dannon. 1/2c tub like their Low fat.

This weekend will be a challenge for me. My "baby" is 14 tomorrow. She's having a party at the
movie theater this afternoon followed by pizza and
ice
