  1. I don't think that I posted week 1, so here's the first two weeks!

Week 1: Out of 48 participants signed up we had results in from 37 , 3 of which are on maintenance.

Total loss, including those on maintenance: 60.5 pounds Total loss not including those on
maintenance: 59.7 pounds Average loss (for those not on maintenance): 1.76 pounds Total loss at the
end of week 1: 60.5 pounds Our biggest loser was RayMille, with a loss of 13.4 pounds. Astounding!

Week 2: Out of 48 participants signed up we had results in from 36 , 4 of which are on maintenance.

Total loss, including those on maintenance: 21.86 pounds Total loss not including those on
maintenance: 25.46 pounds Average loss (for those not on maintenance): 0.80 pounds Total loss at the
end of week 2: 82.36pounds Total loss so far: 94.96 pounds!

Our biggest loser was again RayMille, with a loss of 5.4 pounds from his previous weigh-in.

Motivational Quote of the Week: " The difference between the successful person and the
unsuccessful person is the unsuccessful person stops short of his goals, the successful person
    surpasses his goals."

  4. I'm not energetic - I'm a control freak! 😉

Right now I'm trying to convince myself that I really do have enough energy to get on the recumbent
bike. Had pizza for dinner (super-thin crust, veggie pizza, no olives) and I feel WAY too full.
Definitely need to get on that bike though!

  5. I test rode a recumbent ONCE - it was hard getting it started and did not feel bike-like.

I will accept your tagging yourself control-freak - but it appears to work (G)

    Have a great trip.
