  1. Well I am on top this week, at 160. I know why, I am sick as
a dog with a rotten cold and have not been able to exercise.
At least I still am in goal range at my meeting..........

  2. Sorry to hear that you're under the weather. I hope the cold

  4. Just feel better soon Lesanne. You can't be sick and a
weight watcher at the same time. Your body will get back to
where it belongs once it's healthy. Take care of you once
    in a while.

  5. Sorry you still are under the weather. Comfort food
unfortunately provides, well, comfort. And the lack of
exercise (sounds good at this very moment) does not help
either the calorie consumption or the mood.

I guess I am not going to get as gutsy as you - no change of
weight goal for this guy. I'll just play my own mind games
but not jeopardize my $10.00 per week (G)

  13. Well, the kitchen is in the center of my circulation pattern
on the way to almost anywhere. So far about a dozen trips to
the basement and about that many snacks. A few trips to the
front door and more snacks. And the laundry is probably
finished washing meaning another trip down there and it is
    only 11am!!!

At least make sure to push the fluids.

  19. Hmmm. Well. you CAN control the environment. Yes you
can. and you will when you have to. This, I think, is
maintenance. I am on the down slide right now, but I
was right where you were in order to get to the 160 I
    was on Sat.
