I'm changing out my pedals for flats, in prep for camp. Following Zinn's directions; so far so good. Here's the question : will Park Polylube ( specially formulated for bottom brackets, headsets and hubs) work for my pedal spindles? I found it in the bike tool box.
thanks
Penny
Is the flat pedals a requirement for camp?
suggested option.
Good.
I noticed some BMX kid racers are now using clipless. They may be fast at the rounded rolling jumps. They don't have a clue on how to jump steep tabletops and doubles at our jump park.
Baker just something were born with that they should remove at birth. Cuase we can live with out it and theres no use or function appendix. But theres a use for those flat pedals. So soon you will pedal on singing back in the saddle again and by no means Areosmith.

Hey Baker!
Back in the saddle without a paddle huh? ',;~}~
Heh-heh! Yeah... Had my appendix ripped untimely from my quivering flesh about 2 weeks ago, so I'm not actually back in the _saddle_ until tomorrow, but definitely paddle-less. As usual.
Steve
Yikes man! Were you very ill with it or did you catch it early? - Hope you recover fully soon mate ',;~}~
Shaun aRe -- May all your wishes be both wise and fulfilled.

Caught it really early - thought it was my diverticulitis coming back after a couple of years, but the wife made me see the doc anyway (she works there...) and he said "Nope! Appendix", so out it came. I still think a good belch would have cleared it up (that's about the pain level I felt)

Cool stuff, glad to hear it - appendicitis as you well know, can get extremely UGLY!
