Quick question:when does road racing start again?

Depends where you live. I live in Florida, USA. We start with training crits in January, then start with bigger stuff in February.

Go further north and they start up anywhere from March to May depending on when the snow is "mostly" melted. I used to do races in Belgium with snow falling, quite fun actually.

You wanna race in Nov and Dec, head for the southern hemisphere.

Don't be too eager to get going! The season can get very long if you live in a warm climate. If you do plan to do some cyclocross or mtb races, then build in some mid-season breaks to help stave off late season burnout.

Depends where you are in the world : European/USA season finishes in a few weeks time for road racing.
If you're really bitten by the bug - Australia/New Zealand/Far East season is getting in to full swing just about now !

Correction: After those two we can begin thinking about 'cross season.

Don't forget that now, not the start of the racing season, is the time to join a team if you are interested in it.
