  1. This is for that dream quarterback in your life who faded back with the
football of your love and fumbled....Honey.

1 ready to bake pie crust 6 eggs
1/2 cup pork brains 1 dash salt
1/2 pound diced okra 1 dash pepper

First of all, you beat the eggs well. Then you pour them in the pie
crust. You mix the brains with the okra and add them to the pie. Put in
the dash of salt and pepper.

Bake this little number on 350 for 20 minutes or until the eggs have
hardened and serve with a sly smile.

This is more of an Italian frittata in a crust than a French quiche.
A quiche is typically an egg/cream base.

I don't get it. :-/ Something to do with cholesterol? If so, what's
with the okra? Do they eat a lot of okra in Michigan? I wouldn't think
    so...

(It should probably cook at 400 degrees for at least 35 minutes)
