I am a starter on jogging, so I have been jogging 2.5km everyday, nonstop. I really like the refreshing feeling after jogging, however, if I stopped just for a day, I will feel lethargic. Is this normal? Or, is my body trying to tell me something?

no. i'm not saying that. i was trying to say that making one day a longer run will stress your body a bit and you'll feel it the next day. almost right away, you'll improve. then the 2.5 Km runs will feel easier. these beginning great feelings will only get better. keep it up. as for water, at these distances, don't worry too much about it. it won't matter. you might begin to think about how much you are drinking though the day and if it's enough. the standard ideas. clear pee is a good place to start. ....thehick

Endorphines don't need to cross the blood-brain barrier - they are released through the pituitary gland which has direct access to the blood stream. As to why endorphines make you feel good, neither why exercise makes you produce them nor how they give you that euphoric feeling of well-being is precisely known. One theory is that they stimulate the release of dopamine, which is the hormone closes associated with the 'pleasure centre' of the brain.
Besides endorphines, a general improvement of circulation will pump more blood to the brain, probably heightening your awareness and making you feel better.

Sorry, I think you're wrong. I've read several articles in the past 18 months that made it clear that scientists have never understood the endorphin "runner's high" thing, but they're onto something else which is chemically similar to THC (from marijuana) which could be the cause of runner's high.
I'm 90% sure one of the articles was in Runner's World, but I don't save my back issues so I can't find it for you.

Why do you say I'm wrong? The paragraph you have quoted contains basal neuroanatomy and -physiology concerning the function of the pituitary. This is well explored and undisputed knowledge.

Just because blood doesn't cross the barrier doesn't mean that molecules below a certain threshold size don't. Radiotracer labelled drugs can be mapped in the brain by PET scans.
