Ignore Volnix. Try posting your question in the "Cycling Training" section.

The word is rider.......someone who rides a bike. A passenger is someone who is carried in a vehicle. And someone from the USA is usually called an american, or a US citizen.

To answer your question about "bonking", it probably happened because you were riding harder and faster in your big race. It will help to eat more carbohydrate food and drink a sport drink from the start of the events. Also, more training at the faster race speeds.

Glad you are posting here. It will help you to learn English. Are you from eastern europe?

  6. Last Exit to Brooklyn?

It's a good place to go to school. As a bonus, you're close to New York and Washington DC....and Atlantic City if you're looking to gamble your money away. Better yet, you're close to the Manayunk Wall, a famous 17% climb and race feature perfect for shredding thighs: [video]

Last Exit to Brooklyn was a book, and then a movie. One of the main characters was Tralala.
