  1. Ever since I started consuming Fish-Oil capsules, I've noticed that I
get better and more lasting "pumps" during and after working out. I
have no idea why it works, other than that it does work. But I'm
    curious as to why.

    Does anyone here know?

Did you put the fish oil on the glass part of your "penis enlargement
device" or on your little weiner? I suspect the extra lube helped it
    pump you up.

Fish oil, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in particular, is an effective
    vasodilator.

    Translation:

Fish oil capsules will aid the dilation of the blood vessels thus
    improving the flow.

Not necessarily. See my earlier post about vasodilation. Several
    studies support that.

What's everyone's average dose for fish oil? I take in 8-10g a day.

Depends on your needs. 6 grams per day is enough for most. For
anti-inflammatory purposes 12 grams may be needed. The same may be
helpful if used for other special purposes, and there are many.

Well, try it and then make up your mind. The thing is that you have to
take it consistently (at least 5,000 mg/day).

It's definitely not a placebo effect (for me anyway).
