I recenly resumed treadmill running,
after a bried forray on the street.
Honestly, I found the treadmill more challenging.
That's sort of a relief,
as the treadmill is easier to access.

Can't help you Virginia. I run outside.

Have you ever been seriously injured,
Made lame?
If so, who took care of you?

I do too, but not in a good way. :-)
Whatever works for you, whatever you enjoy, do it. IMO about the only
reason not to do all of your running on the treadmill, if that's your
preference, would be if you were eyeing a race, whether on road, trail,
track, or the Empire State Building stairway. In that case you'd
really want to get accustomed to that surface.
Perhaps treadmill, most days,
Once a week, road,
as it requires other reflexes, not used on treadmill.
But the treadmill keeps me paced better,
forces better form.
Allows for more effective farrleks, which for me, are
great for promoting quicker reflexes.
In NYC, the road running just is not fun
if not near a park.
I might enjoy trails.

I've been fortunate. Thank God no serious injuries, some minor
operations. Never made lame. It bothers me to see someone in a
wheelchair especially a woman or young person.

Prepare, so if it happens, you are safe and cared for.
Otherwise, it can destroy a life.
I hope you are fortune enough to have the resources
so you CAN prepare ... many do not.

I found the treadmill a bit harder -- no cooling, which means you heat up really
quickly. I suppose getting a really large fan helps.
There's also the boredom factor. The longest I've run nonstop on a treadmill
is 80min. I know some people who have run up to 20 miles on a treadmill. I
think I would go crazy were I to attempt such a thing.
Cheers,

How much were you charging? Heather gets $50 for a BJ, and $80 for
"around the world". I might drive to NY if you swallow.
After all the bravado, posturing, high school one upsmanship, neurotic
posts by the New Yorkers this week, you couldn't get me to go to New
York if the women's Olympic BJ Team was holding tryouts and paying $100
an hour for sperm donors.

I have ulterior motives. You see it'd be worth $20 just to keep that
stupib beaches mouth shut for 10 minutes.

Did we frighten you?
Oh so sorry. You can come out now, it's safe.

Yes. I'm averse to body piercing, especially when its my body, and then
the talk last week turned to spears.

Thank you. Sorry to hear about your problems yesterday. Good luck next
time.

Thanks AB. At least the Stillers won.
