quad work

  1. ....so in an earlier post i was looking for suggestions as to why i wasn't
    getting enough workout in the quads region. FYI- think i've found the
    answer. was focusing on the seat position but nothing made any difference
    but then changed the stem to a bigger angle (more drop) stretching torso out
    forward just a little more = big difference and when there is more of a
    balance between the leg muscle groups there is much more power! i think my
    average speed just increased about 2mph just like that!

    It's not because you're in a more aero position, of course :-)
