  1. I've been putting on weight for the last 18 months. I went from 185 to 220.
Im 6' 2" tall. Mostly muscle.. But i still have a decent amount of fat i
    would rather not have.

I would like to keep taking protein supplements and stay on my protein
diet...and keep gaining weight.. But lose more fat.

Are there certain supplements that are more popular and safe then others
that people use to lose fat, while maintaining muscle and still being able
to put on more weight? I would like to stay away from crazy, heart-racing
    herbs if possible.

I bought this fat burning "EAS DynamX" recently but havent tried it out yet.
Not sure if its what i need.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks
    John

Hmmm... maybe the diet is your problem.
Maybe you overboard on the protein. Not likely, but it can happen.

My girlfriend had *excellent* results with Inonamin (phenterrmine)
I believe there are hundreds of on-line pharmacies where you can order it,
    according to my friends.

    Thats cool.
Ionamin is not a herb. Just be carefull if you have high blood pressure.

  3. More cardio and eat only the minimum carbohydrates your body needs
everyday.. do 8-10 weeks cutting cycle eg cut down carbs to bare minimum,
get as many calories as you could healthilly can get from proteins.

Calculate your calories according to your body weight eat 240 cals less than
what you need, you will lose weight(fat) slowly if not reduce another 250
cals etc, same thing if u wanna gain weight eat 250 cals more than your body
needs (BMR) add 250cals if aint gaining weight.

    Cheers

  4. Bad question or just very naive. Similar to how to make wooden iron ring or
how to make gold from clay. Would you believe in the responses?

There are no clinically proven methods at all as in medicine and the
advertised methods are not a success for everybody. Weight gain and weight
loss are complex processes that can not be controlled by counting calories
alone. Nor can they separate from general animal functioning of a mammal. It
would be very nice if gaining strength (muscle weight) and shaping body
(loosing body fat) could be done parallel, in one smooth process.

Try to find a reliable personal trainer who can help you to experiment
safely on your own body according to your genetics in order to reach your
    goals.

  5. My Reply is how much caffeine are you drinking? It turns out that
caffeine is an appetite stimulant for some people (like me). I've quit
caffeine (cola, coffe and tea) and I'm losing two pounds a week. I
sleep better, and I'm satisfied with smaller portions.

You might try writting down everything you eat for a month and chart
    your weight every morning.
This helped me to find out what was killing my diet. It seems that diet
and exercise really work, but there is a time delay! I couldn't see
this until I kept a food diary and compared it to my weight loss. For
me the good changes show up after two days. Fast food in moderation is
not moderate, a little bit of exercise evey other day is better than a
lot on weekends, and don't snack at night. Those are just some of the
    things I learned.

  6. Thanks for all the advice here.

Im only about 10 pounds overweight..Im just looking for a safe and popular
over-the-counter supplement that isnt too strong and gets the heart
racing..Just something that is moderate and gets the job done.

    anyone know of any?

  7. Mike,

Based on what you're asking for, you should like into VPX Redline, or
    Biotest - Spike

    VPX -

    Spike - http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=548437
Note, spike is not a weight loss supplement, but it is killer for
    getting the best workout ever

Thanks Steve, I may try this Spike stuff. Looks like its mainly just one
ingredient - 'thiamine di' + caffiene. Much more basic then the RedLine. I
dont really like dealing with crazy herbs that are in RedLine. But i
believe ya that its good too. [censored], i just ordered TRIBEX Tribulus Gold
    from that company yesterday too..

Is "Spike" carried by GNC do u know?

  9. I don't think Spike is carried by GNC, but to be frank with you I never
go to GNC. I order straight from T-MAG because it's tax free, shipping
is free on orders over $100, the only sell protein direct which keeps
costs down, and the guys who run the mag are pretty f'ing cool.

Some of us go back before the existence of T-mag. My free copies of
the paper mag are collecting mildew in the basement.
