My question is, do I have to push my self on long rides of say around 80
km/s.
Gee! I think you will have to push yourself /very/ hard to go 80
kilometres per second.
Quoted message said:I say push myself like sitting mostly on over 75% of my max HR.
If I push myself to say around 50%, I feel like I am getting no benifit.
What should I do, should I listen to the No Pain No Gain thing ?
Pain is overrated. I prefer being slow 🙂
And I am afraid, 80km/s is just way beyond me - I'll stick to studying
High Velocity Clouds which do > 220 km/s.
