1. Way to go Bruins. Its been a long time coming.

2. ^ I was at the victory parade today. Quite the scene!

3. Lucky you I was at my sons laying tile.

4. Flew into Logan just after Noon today and needed to red line it to the Quincy garage where I parked the car. Holy [censored] ... black and gold EVERYWHERE!!

Cries of "We" won the Cup? and high fives every two feet walking down the sidewalk. My wife and I parked it at a restaurant and waited for the crowd to clear before dealing with South Station a second time. I am very happy the New Garden has been officiailly christened - by the Celts and now the B's. ...but, I had nothing to do with it. "WE"?? You'd think everyone in Beantown had personally suited up for the series.

Bruins played one hell of a series - nice work guys!!

, blowing out black & gold confetti and sounding the same horns that sound at the Garden when a goal is scored...

6. I just commented at the video above. The bird is just as happy to be there as the other supporters.
It's a super-winning video. I remember Boston, a visit years ago. Wonderful video moment. Thank you for showing it to us.

7. ^ You're welcome, thanks for the comment. I'm kinda surprised it came out good since I shot the video with my iPhone.

8. Yep, gotta give it up to the Bruins - they (well, Thomas singlehandedly) handled the Canucks pretty well.
Never followed hockey much before crossing the 49th parallel, but I now realize what I'd been missing - extreme intensity. Have gone to several games a year for the past few years and will attest the Canucks can, in fact, score lots of goals at times. LOL! Just depends on how well (or poorly) they match up with the opposing team.
I'm an admittedly fair-weather fan of the Canucks, but it was painfully demonstrated that the regular season means absolutely nothing when it comes to playoff (crunch) time. Canucks just didn't have the intestinal fortitude of the Bruins, and their defense (not just Luongo) was garbage in the losses.

The better (and tougher) team won the Cup - and rightfully so, irrespective of the Canucks' whining about the allged biased officiating.

And having now lived in and around both cities, gotta admit they're both great towns...now if the Canucks can find some defensemen that have clue a couple big forwards, they may get over the hump...

9. Cyberlegend1994, it is just incredible, how perfect a job you did with an iPhone, on the spot.
It's great!
