I don't think it is available yet. According to Saris Customer Support, they (product development) are talking (vaguely) about an availability date in the Fall. They also don't have a price on it yet. So, I think that ad is in error.

Gotta be an error... why would the 2.4 need this in the description: "Data is transmitted to the seatstay mounted pickup through the carbon 'Power Windows' in the middle of the hub shell."
Many items can be found advertised as if they are readily available.
I ran into that a couple of times last year, crono helmets, etc.
You place your order, give them your cc number and find that it'll be some time before they get the item themselves.

Probably to account for oversize shipping costs. If you use the FedEx or USPS shipping calculator, try entering the approximate dimensions of a box big enough to hold a wheel with extra space for padding.
