Hello everyone, Just thought I would mention the new
Hershey Candy Bars I found. The nutrition info is
calories: 140, fat: 12g, fiber 7g. They taste pretty good.
They are meant for low carbers (that is where I found them
at). At 3 points per package they should be okay for a
chocolate fix. Kristine

Lee, Each bar is 1.1 oz (31g). Does that make it a bad deal?

I am not sure what happened here. I wrote you a huge post
telling you all about candy. I sell it so I know loads of
things that would help anyone and loads you DO NOT want to
know. That is a bargain, the average bar is about
1.5 or so ounces and the average point value is around 5 or
6. I wish I could remember the rest but am too tired now.

I would love to read more about candy! Since I 'm not eating
it anymore, reading about it might satisfy some cravings...
It 's like reading recipes.

Well maybe if you tell me all the horrid stuff I will stop
eating so much of it and will help in losing weight.
Actually I have not had a MilkyWay bar in two days. Kristine

I love recipes as well, someone somewhere called it food [censored], the more I
thought about it the more I am sure that is right. Candy is very
interesting, even the crass commercial kind I sell. One of the best ways to
get off most candy is to read about how long it is shelf stable. Another
way is to attend a seminar on the "fund raiser" candy available to non
profit groups. I am not sure if you have that there, it is special bars, a
bit larger than a regular size sold to raise funds for any number of
organizations. Lee, who is trying to figure out how many types of resees pb
cups there are now

the average shelf life of most candy is between six months and three years,
does that help? Lee
