I am 28 and suffer from acne. Doctors haven't been able to
help me. It gets worse in the winter. I get painful boils
all winter and painful acne the rest of the time. I've tried
everything on the shelfs. Any advice?

prescribed you with antibiotic related products to solve
your acne problem. In the long term, its bad for you ie.
abusing and wearying-off your body's immune system. The other alternative is, to seek natural healing such as,
by eating alot of pineapple or its juice. Of course, eating
those pineapple when, your acne appeared, don't over-eat
it, cause, taking too much pineapple would weaken your
body's CHI. For your info, pineapple, being a tropical
fruit, come with alot of enzymes as compared to temperate
fruit (ie. apple or grape) that come with plenty of
minerals. Enzymes from tropical fruit act a 'cleanser'
flushing away impurities in the blood system. This would
probably tackle those boils and acne problem of yours,
commonly found in younger people. You see, younger people
are in 'heat' most of the time as compared to elderly
people who hardly come across acne problem, when, they grow
older. So don't be too alarm!Best regards

immune disorders like discoid lupus for example. Acne can be
hormonal also. here's a couple of websites that you may find

I have a healthy lifestyle. I can only blame my skin problems on my
astrology sign. Aries problem area is skin. When the boils first appeared I
was a vegetarian. I seem to have low immune system and get rashes that the
doctor says are exclusive to those with diabetes. I don't have diabetes but
I try to live healthy so I can keep my risk low. My mom blames previous
dental work for my health problems.

worse in the winter. I get painful boils all winter
and painful acne the rest of the time. I've tried
everything on the shelfs. Any advice? You may not actually have acne -- there are other skin
conditions that share similar characteristics. Make sure you
have the correct diagnosis, as the treatment(s) available
for true acne differ from those for other problems.A common cause of pimples is simply the habit many people
have of touching their faces with hands that may have also
been touching money, doorknobs, & any number of other
surfaces crawling with bacteria. I've seen people with very
specific areas of blemishes that occur almost exclusively
where the person touches their face (usually absentmindedly)
-- such as the chin area & the area of their cheek where
they lean their head onto their hand.Another problem may be products used on the skin. Many women
have had the misfortune to use a make-up product that
wreaked havoc with their complexion.Use of any central nervous system stimulant can aggravate
skin problems like acne. Whether caffeine, pseudoephedrine,
or some herbal preparations -- substances that people take
for a pleasureable flavor, sinus congestion, to drop a few
pounds, or to increase their energy level -- can certainly
play a part with the breakouts.Keeping hair off the skin can be helpful -- it's simply
rubbing bacteria all over the skin. Washing eyeglasses
frequently (NOT just the lenses, but all of the frame & nose
pieces as well) is another good idea. [I had a client who,
upon getting dressed, noticed his glasses were a bit spotty.
I offered to clean the glasses while he finished tying his
shoes & he watched as I washed them in the sink, with plenty
of soap & water. He asked why I had cleaned everything & I
explained. About a month later he was back in & was pleased
that since he began regularly cleaning the spectacles, he
had less blemishes on his upper nose.
