Hey i have a fluid 2 trainer and have only done around 200km on it and it started to leak!
Anyone else have a leaking problem with theirs and what did you do about it?
Thanks in advance

I have had one for over two years. It gets used for an hour per day four days per week, and has never had any problems. If you bought it new, it has a lifetime waranty. They are very good about replacing defective units.

I have not owned one myself, but yours was my primary reason for going with a different brand. I had heard stories of this kind of thing happening. No doubt they will honor the warranty.
I hear they're very good about warranty coverage.
And why not... probably the largest percentage of indoor trainers are used only for a short time before they end up in the attic.

yeah - I've had mine for about 12 months and just last weekend the inner seal went... hello orange oil... took it back to the store - I bet I'm without a trainer for a few weeks 🙁
My Fluid 2 leaks. I snugged up the bolts a little bit. Seems to have helped. Haven't used it in a while though as I tend to get bronchitis during the dry Winter months so it has been up in the attick for a while. 😄
So i took my trainer back to the shop and they are sending it away, I hpoe it doesnt take too long...

and that it works well for you when it returns, and for a long time after.
Post back when you get it. We're interested to learn how long it takes and to know it's properly fixed.
Hey I picked my trainer up from the shop yesterday, Cycle ops replaced the whole roller/fluid unit no questions asked!! I didnt even need to show the shop my receipt for them to send it away!
So its taken 10 days I think, not bad at all, I thought they might have kept it for a lot longer than that.
Mine is nearly 4 years old with countless hours on it and zero plomblems so far. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Ten days can be either good or bad, eh, depending on how you feel about indoor training?
As for having it back in service, good for you. Hope this one lasts forever.
