Edit: When I say "flash", I mean firmware update, which it looks as if you already know how to do / may have done. Different term - same thing😄
Agreed ...but different, flash is not quiet the same as update....same result

Well. I updated my firmware. I did have problems with an after market serial to usb adaptor, but I was able to borrow a proper connector. However, the download did not solve my dilemma. Looks like I need a new PT head. Anyone have a PT Pro computer for sale?
