As Amberle said, use us as your meeting, do the best you can
with us. You will have to increase your milk and protein
intake for the pregnancy. I think the nursing moms program
is very similar to what the old program was for being
pregnant too. As I posted previously, back in 1987/1988 I
was going to WW when I got pregnant and was allowed to stay
on program with a doctors note, WW no longer allows that
though. I think it is a legal matter more than anything.
Just be very observant of what you are eating, eat healthily
and wisely during your pregnancy and continue drinking your
water and getting some kind of exercise. Walking is an
excellent form of exercise when you are pregnant.

First of all, congratulations!
Second, as for not being allowed to go to meetings, I
would look at this group as being your meetings for now.
The people here are a great source of inspiration and
motivation, as I'm sure you know, and should help to fill
some of the void left by not being able to go to "real"
meetings.I'm guessing that as for staying OP, going over the basics
with your doctor and finding out where you should be
increasing intake (ie calcium? I'm just guessing) would be
a good thing. I know that pregnant women have different
requirements than the rest of us. I'd look at it as having
your WW program customized to your needs 🙂Amberle3

One thing bothers me though. I understand that I should
not be dieting during my pregnancy. What I find
disappointing is that Weight Watchers
does

gain too much. I

They said I should show the program to my doctor, and

As for your 'diet', consult your physician. Pregnancy
requires special nutrition and dieting is not
reccomended. I believe WW won't let you
stay
