The bike change in the TT probably cost him more like 30 seconds, but
he had another bike change during his solo stage win... call that
another 20-30 seconds.

Hey, nobody said Riis had a monopoly on "motivation". Apparently
plenty of team directors/personal trainers help motivate their riders.
