  1. hi all,

so i got a powertap pro and plan on using a seperate set of wheels for races. when i attach a spoke magnet to my other wheelset, i for the life of me cannot find a position that allows the PT sensor to pick it up. ive placed the magnet as close as possible to the sensor and i still get nothing. anyone have experience with this?

You need to change a setting in the head unit to have it work as just a cycling computer. Have you done this? It's described in the manual.

    Just checking.

    You're welcome. 🙂

  5. In version 2.21 of the firmware you dont have to go into setup to switch to cycling computer (settings). Just hold down the select button for 2 secs when you have cadence selected.
