  1. Back from my sanity break!
I felt strong racing on Sat, didn't have the legs for the sprint but had no trouble being in the winning breakaway.
I took a phone call while chasing a bunch on the back straight (received a few stairs from the bunch) but still think I need to work on my leg strength.
Did some laps of the velogrome on Sun as I was rushed form time.
Will ride back when the wind is softer and my bag is lighter (shoes, tolietries, clothes, book etc).

My legs will be sore after the weekend, with my limited training hours what should prioritise?

    Thanks

    Brian

  2. Back from another Sanity break😄

Without much sucess at B Grade I've made the move to race A Grade for training purposes.

While I will have trouble finishing for a few weeks, the races will stretch me and improve my Lactate Threadhold.

I didn't finish yesterday, but the race was fast and this bunch worked together (rotated as a bunch should) while B Grade rarely does. I've decided that by training at A Grade pace I will improve my LT and will be a stronger B Grade rider when/if I drop back.

I'll let everyone know what progress I make.

    Brian

  3. Again I didn't finish on Sat, however my legs are getting stronger and I'm feeling more comfortable in a fast pack.
My CV has dropped away substantially and my lungs ache after each hard ride at the moment.

I've been to the local gym and wasn't overwhelmed but I'm loking to train at some point during the week.

This Sat is Central Division and I should be in C Grade.

    Brian
