    Having more dental surgery done and have discovered a very delicious and
    nourishing meal that is soft and LC.

    Scrambled eggs w/cream and havarti cheese
    Cottage Cheese
    Veg-All

    Yum and makes it not so awful protecting that sore mouth.

    A brand of canned mixed vegetables, often used for making soup.
    They would be nice and soft for post dental surgery, although
    some carby veggies are in it that she can probably eat around,
    or just indulge for a few days.

    I think Jean has a TX email address. Veg-All is common down here,
    but I don't remember seeing it most of my life in MA.

    Oooops, I mis-spoke. The vegetable drink I was actually referring to was
    V-8. Sorry.

    Ah. I used to love V8. I think some time during my years on LC, they
    removed or reduced corn syrup in it, too, making it more appropriate
    than it used to be.

    The generic version, which I have, has 10 g carbs for an 8 oz glass. I also
    have the clam/tomato juice drink which has the same carbs. Might fill the
    bill until I can chomp salads with my new chompers.
