  1. Hi!

I have found one (cosmetic?) flaw on my new LOOK frame. Since I'll take it
with me on vacation, I would like to know if you think the following is
serious: there is a small area on the rear carbon part of the frame, where
it looks like a staple has ben place while the frame was painted and it has
been taken off afterward. A small area is 1mm lower then the surrounding
paint. Is this the area where an aluminium part is glued inside a carbon
rear? Could it be serious or can I just apply some black paint?

    TIA! Derk

  2. Is this a new Frame ? If so they will exchange it no problem. I bought a
KG386i it had a small run in the paint and they replaced it right away. Even
shipped the new frame UPS second day. What a great riding bike Look is I
rode Trek for years and I am very glad I tried other frames this time.

Looks like a flaw in the filler or paint at the bond joint. I'd guess
    it's not structural, but that's just a guess. :-)

Can't anwer your question but I think you are paying too much
attention to your bike, oh. I understand Look has real warranties, no?

What's up with those funky quick releases? Get the DA units!

If I would stay here I wouldn't mind, but I'll take the bike with me on a 2
week cycling vacation to France. I wouldn't like it to break there and have
no bike for the rest of the time.

You mean the Ksyrium quick releases you see in the pic?
