Hi ;Rudolph's Brand I have hereBar-B-q say they have 5 grams of fat, 0 grams Trans fat, 0 Carbs and 8 grams of protein....tad high on the sodium(400 mg), if that mattersOn Mon, 08 Nov 2004 09:58:24 GMT, along with 20 mg of Cholesterol.....all fo rthe 1/2 ounce serving.

I cut thin slices of cheese and wrap these around pork rinds. These make great quick snacks. Strictly speaking, make sure you count the carbs in the cheese carefully.
