I don't think Ras will be racing the TdF next year. If Leipheimer were truly designated to be a helper for Evans then there is only Contador to worry about.

Watch Contador sign with Astans along with Bruyneel and then not get invited to the Tour. 😉

I think they will, as long as the commodity boom holds.

If China goes under, then maybe not.

I think everyone feels that without Vino and Kash, 1 and 2, it is enormous egg on their face, and they will run with their tail between their legs.

But they might see this as more embarrassment. So they will look to hold out, and save face, institute some stronger controls internally, means they will be strugling to win the tour, without going in extra hot, and with good doping logistics to augment intra tour medical program.

It will be interesting tho, if Bruyneel takes big money, and takes with him Contadope.

Contador and Kloden, with Bruyneel and the Valencia blood doping network. That might be hard to beat.
