  1. Anyone here taking Policosanol for lowering of the cholesterol?
    Seems to be working for large numbers of people who are leaving their
    statins behind.

  4. Some people are leaving statins behind - including me - but
    policosanol doesn't appear to do much of anything for most of those
    who have tried it - again, me included. Almost all of the research and
    published data for it are from a Cuban source trying to promote
    another use for sugar cane.

  5. So what are you using? My husband needs something and can't use the
    statins. My son works for the largest pharmaceutical companies in the
    world and my husband has access to any of the statins free... and he
    just can't use them.
