I do a hill ride with the club once a month and I was thinking that it would be fun to wear a PokaDot Jersey, but alas I couldn't find one for sale.

Unless you're going to school all of them, I do not suggest.

Good advice, but if you are still considering a polka dot jersey, here is one: madeinsport.comdescProduit.aspOpen ↗

Plus another 23 for shipping.
And I would have to agree with the others. If you don't crush the rest of the pack you'll never hear the end of it.

Oh darn, they don't have one in my size... Worn by someone who wears an American 3X and uses their lowest gears for gentle rolling hills, the irony would be obvious! 😉
Perhaps I should wear a red jersey with white polkadots for "The King or the Valleys"... because of my speed on the descents 😄
A few weeks ago on an organized ride I got all aero on my Giant Sedona and gained ground on everyone that passed me on the preceding climb... at least those that were close enough to see.

Come on guys, don't be so serious. Cycling should be like ski jumping where you score points for a combination of style and distance jumped.
Thats a nice jersey, but the price is serious 88.00 EUR (including postage) = 151.352 AUD. Then as I'm XL accross the shoulders and M accross the waist, I need to another AU$20 - $40 to have an XL taken in. Perhaps I should move to a country with a stronger exchange rate.
Now the red jersey with white dots. Great Idea. What do downhill mountain bike racers wear?

Long, straight and steep. 53/11 but I stopped pedaling after about 500m coz I started bouncing on the saddle and I couldn't pedal fast enough to get any power to the rear wheel. I weigh 120+kg so the modmentum and gravity did the rest. I didn't know how fast I gone until I was checking the info from my Polar about a week later.
It was a really crazy thing to do... I'll never do it again.

OK, so I don't deserve the red jersey with white dots... I would hit my brakes well before 100 kph....I weigh 300+ pounds, so I would have the inertia, but your bravery puts you at a level I would no longer approach... In my twenties I would have had the guts to try, but I only had 170 or 180 pounds worth of mass, so it wouldn't have been so easy to reach the ridiculous speeds...

Believe me, if I'd known how fast I was going I'd have hit the brakes too. I was "racing" guys half my age (and weight). The bike I was riding is amazingly stable, but it took me about 10 mins to stop shaking from the adrenalin rush.

I run 53/11 too, but I have no intention of doing the 110kph thing. On Sunday, the group free wheeled down a hill at 70kph. I'd be willing to do 85kph down that hill, but thats it. Perhaps I need yellow pokadots for being chicken.

The Marin Road Team, Metromint Cycling, wears blue polka dot jersey's. Their knicknamed, "The Blue Dots". Maybe they can send you a jersey.

My body was wearing blue dots on Sunday, I didn't wear enough clothing and froze on a chilly winters day (by Sydney standards).
-
How about the "Maillot Sang" for the most crashes???
Actually I'd wear this... I think it's quite cool... even though I say so myself.
-
i plan on getting it. i'm king of the hill on the 1% hills around here. 😄
seriously, if someone snubs me cuz of my jersey, i snub them back.

What wheels and tires where you using? -
They need a King of the Bridges jersey. Because that's the only thing around here that goes upward and they are usualy the only sprints I can win. 🙂
