    How many points for a 6" bannana? How many points for 2 egg
    whites? I know for a 7" bannana is 2 points and 1 egg white
    is 0 points.

    This morning I had 2 egg whites on two slices of light five
    grain bread, one slice of 2% american cheese, 1/2 cup
    orange jiuce and 6'' bannana.

    Hi, Steph, I would count the 2 egg whites for 1 point and
    the banana for 2 points.

    Ha! More differences! In the UK a 'medium' banana is
    1.5 points.
