    Thank you! I haven't poached any fish in a long time but it is a great way
    to enjoy fish.

    I used some water and a lot of white wine and some peppercorns, bay leaf,
    green onion, celery, garlic clove, sea salt and lemon slices. The broth
    was almost better than the fish.
