It used to have a link to a nice page on the Atkins website, but I just
pulled up the link and the webpage is gone.So, I guess, you should buy a copy of DANDR. Dr. Atkins New Diet
Revolution. Used copies through Amazon's used book listings/vendors are
quite inexpensive.Hardcover is available for 1 cent plus shipping.
