Looks like you are trying to win a contest! Even if I knew the answer (I don't), I wouldn't give it out; you should win on your own. But do some searching and some work - should be fun! You have Mapei, that restricts the year, not this year - find a race where a Fassa Bortolo rider had the number 21. Just use the web...

I'm guessing the fassa rider in white is Ivan Basso, The Lampre rider in pink/blue is Raymond Rumsas - not sure about the other, and i'm not 100% on the other two either so be warned!

if youre sure its armstrong then that kinda makes it easier - he doesnt ride all that many races!
