IIRC (was my OP) ...

- Milton to sterilise it, left in for several hours
- bootlace with a not in the middle to pull up and down the tube to
clean out crud
- store it in the freezer between use

Oh, and clean it when you get back, not several weeks later :-)

has worked for me anyway.

so you can get to their bladders.

Personally I use copious amounts of beer to flush mine thru

Take your pick from this list:

Milton or other baby feeding kit sterilising stuff

Dishwasher powder - add a couple of teaspoons per litre

Bicarbonate of soda / baking powder

Once you get it clean you are best off keeping it that way by only using
water in it, rinsing and drying it asap after use and then leaving it
open to the air in a dry place ready for the next time.

Add Steradent tablets to that list. Designed for cleaning dentures and
therefore safe for humans and 'kind' to plastics. Just rinse out the bag
afterwards.

I use Steradent for cleaning all sorts of things other than dentures and it
works well.
