You're on to something there. It just goes to show the "official" point of view of the pro peloton. Before you can solve a problem they've got to first be willing to admit it exists. Such a "protest" isn't a step in that direction. Who knows, maybe included in the peloton protestors were a few more future Manzano's. Would enough of them even make a difference?

Psst - some tests that were run suggested that about 1/3rd of the peloton is using drugs. That's a lot, but when you figure that if you took 200 people off of the street in San Francisco, about that many would test positive for drugs as well that might put it a little bit into focus.
