  1. Honestly Bill,

What's up with all the non-running "stuff" you post? I'm curious. Aren't
there other ng's out there for that stuff? You seem to have a lot of
posting time so, couldn't you go there for that stuff and here for running?
You gave me such good advice and cheer when I first got here...Now all I see
    is...well, [censored].

    What gives? JJ

    Jj,
C'mon now, can't you see those are from free, anonymous addys? I'm
being impersonated, and very poorly at that.

Honestly, I didn't even look at that. It's so easy to set up many emails
that I can't keep up with it. Do you have any idea who's doing it? They
must be disturbed. I mean...it's not even funny really. Just tiresome.
    :-\

Well, sorry 'bout that. Hope I didn't offend. It would just never occur to
me to do something like that (impersonate someone else) so, I just didn't
even think about it. And to post a bunch of, well, odd stuff. I haven't
looked at them...except for one by mistake. To each their own really - I
don't care. It's just odd to post that stuff here. I guess I just don't
    get it.

Thanks for responding, and again, sorry! JJ

That's his whole deal. You see eventually you'll get tired of it, and
block any "The Bill Rodgers" ID you see, thereby leaving me blocked
out. Childish, but that's his game.

Is it someone you know? Or just someone that's latched onto "you" for now?
I don't want details, just curious if you know the person. That would be a
bit disturbing...I hope it's just some random doofus. ;-) Take care, JJ

Oh yes, he's well known to me, and the authorities.

I don't remember that one, but I never really watched Seinfeld that much.
    It's a great show - don't know why I missed it. JJ

Yeah...I know. Really, I just never got "into" Seinfeld when it was still
going. I have seen some reruns, but it just never became a "fav" of mine.
    Go figure...JJ

I haven't been checking this ng as often lately. I do check in but all the
crappy posts just make my eyes cross. How do you tolerate it? Every other
post (more than that) is some junk. There's hardly anything of substance
here? Has it been like this for a while?

More OT: I did my 11 miles last week...I'm aiming for 12 this week. Legs
are still holding up so...so far so good. Later, JJ

Hey, it's Usenet, it's always been like this. I cope with killfiles,
but mostly by just looking at the person sending it. Tom Wheeler for
instance, is a waste of a read 99% of the time. Donnie "blowhard"
Rebecchi is a waste, as is DF, and a couple of others, but sifting
through is a part of "the online experience" LOL

    11 at once? Or total?
