No hurt yet, I'm enjoying it, though the legs are getting a good
workout. I got some new goodies for the bike:

* A smaller rear sprocket, 18t, since I started with a 20t. Yet to see
how this does on my commute though, I'm definitely a spinner on the
recumbent.
* Various useful tools and chain bits
* A Carradice longflap camper with SQR bracket. I'm most chuffed with
this, it's a really excellent bag!!!

I'm not sure how many rides I'll do this year, I'm very busy at work.
I have thought about skating the London-Brighton though. It might be
fun shocking some of the cyclists.

I saw a bloke running it a few years ago. His little kids were cycling next
to him. Must have started *really* early.
