  1. Just wanted to post an update, since I did ask so many questions a while
back. I'm still eating right, and working out between 5-6 days a week.
I've got a ways to go, but I hope to be hitting a size 5 jeans by the end of
summer-should make that, as my 7's are getting baggy<WOOHOOO!> Weights are
still wimpy, but at least there are plates on my Olympic bar now<LMAO> Wish
I had taken some Before pics, but I hated the camera so no go. I do have a
new pic of me if you want to see it, but probably not since it's just from
above the waist-doesn't show my main problem area!

Anyway, just wanted to let you know I'm sticking with it, over 8 weeks now!

The weights are not wimpy, you are. ;-)

Seriously though, don't let your ego drive the amount of weight you work
with. Injuries are the bane of progress. In this case, slow and steady
    does win the race.

    Consistency is key, so congratulations.

LOL, point taken! At least I've moved beyond the pink dumbells, though<G>

Oh, absolutely. I'd rather be slow and consistant than to hurt myself and
end up having to stop for ages while I heal.

Glad to hear it! Hang tight and hold the course! Be sure to post some pics

I'd love some pink weights. Maybe when I buy my own, I'll spray paint
them. Pink and orange stripes! Yeah!!

Pink and orange wouldn't be too bad, as long as they were both neon. I'm
just REALLY not a pink person, generally into black and red<G>

At the moment, I only like pink, orange, and purple. I'm mad at the
    other colors. We're not speaking.
