You must be the only person who would even bother to note what Pez Cycling
News says or not. They aren't to be taken seriously and by clamoring for
their avowal in this instance it's permitted to wonder if you are either. -

No. Bad journalists. The 5 W's of journalism include Why. They had an
article about the reception Hincapie got on the podium at Plouay, without
