  1. Spotted a piece in today's Metro that a lot of driving activities -
    fiddling with the radio, lighting a cigarette, talking to your
    passenger, talking on a mobile phone etc are to be reclassified by the
    CPS as careless and possibly dangerous driving and that fatal accidents
    where those were contributory will become death by dangerous driving.
    Don't know whether its true or a bit of journalistic imagination but
    could be the start of what most of us here have been asking for.

    too.

    Sounds like some more spin. Remember these are the people who were
    very keen to bow down to the fool protestors some years ago.

    Set outlook to fixed width font. ASCII text should then start to look
    something like..

    to look like. :-)
