    Eh?

For a while I have been threatening to accompany PW on a run up Black
Hill (which a friend christened Black Bog one particularly wet day about
ten years ago) but she is keeping her distance ;-)

Black Bog is a good name from it, on the basis of my near-20 year old
    PW experience. Urgh.

Black Hill is delightful after a year's drought. ;-)

Probably do-able after a couple of days of sub-zero too!

Is that bomber still hiding under the peat?

<Gulp...> I still need to get a bit of extra training in, I think!

    Best wishes,

It is training! Dunno what for though ;-)

Perhaps after you have adventured your way across Scotland...

Which is getting nice and squelchy for your visit. Some class bogs
yesterday in Glen Gour. Evey step a splash.

Yeah, I noticed, and the perishing ticks are rife already - all sharpening
their gnashers and practicing their high-jumps! Picked up around a dozen at
    Easter.
    Cheers!

Ah, just a little pesky distraction. Must admit, I wish I was going on that
    walk!

Ok, I'll look forward to it, thanks 🙂

I've hardly run since last September - part laziness, but largely
trying to get rid of the demon achilles tendonitis - but I'm easing
back in now. Have to ease fairly quickly, as I have a half in June and
a 10 miler in September, and would like to do the Snowdon mountain
race again in July! 🙂 Uh-oh...

    Best wishes,

    half to death :-(
