Pedal tap loan ?

Well I'm in Orpington, Kent, but I thought that the chance of someone
droping round with one is slim !!
So my guess is that it will have to be done by post, and I would pay all the
post charges of course.

Try asking in uk.rec.models.engineering, and state where you live.

You'd be surprised how many amateur engineers seem to have sheds with full
sets of taps and dies.

( I assume from your precision in asking for RH tap, you know the difference
between RH and LH threads on pedals )

If you've got a knackered old pedal lying around, cut a groove or three down
the threaded section and try that.

Can't you just run the pedal through from the back? That usually does
the job, and with less chance of making it too loose which can happen
when using a tap (because a tap removes metal rather than just shoving
it out of the way).
