No but Holy Crow - it sounds yummy! Did you do it?
From "low carb and lovin it" on the food network
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup pecans halves
1/2 cup raw sliced almonds
1/4 cup sugar substitute (recommended: Splenda)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, and then add all
ingredients and saute for about 2 minutes or until a little crispy, stirring
gently so as not to break up the sliced almonds. Serve warm or at room
temperature.

I regularly toast them, but never thought of your idea! Sounds too good to
be true.

Pat,
I enjoy the pecans with splenda. However, I've also learned, the hard way,
that they can become a problem. First of all pecans are very high calorie.
If you're anywhere near goal, nuts may end up adding enough calories to
stall weight loss. Secondly, nuts can be addictive. I invariably end up
eating far more than I intended. Finally, though pecans are relatively low
carb in small quantities, if you end up eating a couple handfuls you will be
getting many more grams of carbs than you may have intended.
My solution to this is to weigh out a portion of nuts of a known carb and
calorie count, and only cook up the amount that, if I eat all of them at
once, won't sabotage my food plan.

I roast pecans (sometimes almonds) in the oven and once they're
roasted, put a small amount of butter in the hot pan, mix until
melted and then toss in a mixture of splenda, cinnamon, salt and
some cayenne pepper. To make things easier I keep a container of
the splenda seasoning already premixed.
FYI, they'll taste different once you allow them to cool off.
