for some strange reason i added up all the checkmarks in the training zones from cycling peaks and came up with these totals L1=0 L2=13 L3=23 L4=27 L5=27 L6=15 L7=8
so if youre workouts were all beased on L4&L5 you would get the highest score
Those checkmarks just tell you the type of effects a particular training level has on a particular system. Vast quantities of L4 won't make you a sprinter.

Youre right... but you would not get the highest score so you would lose the race and be the best sprinter if i read the levels correctly🙂
1. Minute per minute, the higher levels result in more adaptation, but this is somewhat countered by being able to do more volume at the lower intensities.

Unlike football, I'm afraid having the highest score doesn't mean you win. I'd also be surprised if one could draw any meaningful conclusion by tallying those checkmarks the way you did.
