Well, as near as dam it. I actually placed my mouse over what I though was
the same OS location on my Harvey Anquet Map, near the bend in the road.
Bit lazy as at the time I had left the OS map in the sitting room (down
stairs).

I have used a pub car park along the road, on the western side of the road
from the pub, but I think it was the pub's car park. I have also stopped
for a drink in (I think) the Patterdale Hotel which I think is pretty close
to the marked car park.
The thing is I am planning a selection of walks for our week in the Lakes
after the Great Gable service. One is out over Beda Fell via Bordale Hause,
returning over Place Fell. I am after somewhere to park to start the walk,
other than parking in Glenridding.
