you can just use my recipe which is kind of a "real" version of that
plastic-Kraft recipe 🙂
Chicken (parts, breast pieces, drumsticks - what ever you like - thighs are
super greasy though)
I puy the chicken on a rack in a roasting pan but you don't have to
drizzle with olive oil and a little red wine vinegar. then add garlic
(chopped, minced or powder is fine - but NOT garlic salt) , parsely, pepper
and fresh grated cheese (parmesan, romano or a mix (I think Locatelli is a
blend)
cook on 400 for 1.5 hours
you can throw veggies around the pan if you want. this is a cheap 5 min to
prep recipe and is great with a simple salad
