always be, the people that were prepared for the worst with food,

only figure people are surprised by this mass behavior by some

people who:
didn't have transportation
didn't have gas
and didn't have pay checks cashed (it was a friday, end of the pay
cycle) because lotsa places ran out of money.

Guarantee I'd have an RPG or 30.06 or maybe a nice slug thrower (12ga)
in my hands if I needed to.

No way anyone north of Oklahoma can appreciate the smell, heat and
stickiness of N.O. in August, unless you've lived there.

This ain't Vancouver, Brisbane, Madrid or NYC.

Generally yes and it only takes a small % of people in such a situation
to make things far worse, eg, shooting at rescue boats and the like.
