  1. The only time I've had Panini was visiting NYC at a little cafe in Times
Square. It was a reuben Panini with sauerkraut and the works. Yum!

The other day, a co-worker treated the office by bringing his George Foreman
grill into the office and he made panini sandwiches for all with bread, cold
cuts (turkey and ham) and cheese.

I'm thinking of wiping the dust off of my GF Grill -- but I would like to
    replicate the reuben. Any recipes?

Here's how I make mine although I don't have a GF grill and make these in a
covered skillet on the stove top. Mix together equal parts mayonaise,
ketchup and prepared horseradish. Spread on one side of each slice of rye
bread. Top each slice with 1 slice of gruyere cheese. On one slice mound
very lean corned beef (preferably from a first rate deli). On the other
place a mound of drained sauerkraut. Melt butter (about 1 tbl per sandwich)
into skillet over medium to medium low heat. Put slices topped with their
respective ingredients into skillet and move around to coat bottoms with
butter. Cover and cook until bottoms are nicely toasted and cheese starts
to melt and other ingredients are sufficiently warmed. Press slices
together to form a sandwich. Thank the food gods for your happiness!
