That was my memory of the Kmart crapper.
My OCR3 only loses a bit of braking power in the wet, and I've tried a
few pads.
The bike in question loses a lot -- maybe it's the pads then? They
seem a lot softer -- can be better modulated in the dry, but much
worse in the wet.
