I have a pair of Sidi Dominator 3s, and the thin padding liner seems to have lost it's padding since I rode for about 20 miles in lite rain a couple of months ago. I'd like to replace them with something with some padding.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found that even the thinnest ones I could find in a drugstore were too think and ordered some replacement Sidi ones through my LBS. They were reasonably priced if I remember correctly. -- R.

For years I rode with a seemingly endless series of Dr. Schols foam sole inserts cut to fit my Sidi Genius 2s.

So are you recommending them or [censored] about their durability? (Or just bragging about your Sidis 🙂
I've run with orthotics for years and also use them in everyday shoes. What about the molded cycling orthotics I've seen in some of the bike shops?

I've been using a Scholl's foam & gel insert for over a year now in my Sidi shoe. They have survived many dunkings with little sign of wear.
I found that even the thinnest ones I could find in a drugstore were too think and ordered some replacement Sidi ones through my LBS. They were reasonably priced if I remember correctly.
